Anna Hayes runs The Daisy Foundation Tunbridge Wells and Rother and supports mums, mums-to-be, and families across Kent and East Sussex. She runs a range of classes and workshops both for antenatal birth preparation, breastfeeding, and baby massage and baby yoga. Most classes are based in Tunbridge Wells, Hawkhurst, Bodiam and Battle.

Daisy Birthing Antenatal Classes take the best elements of pregnancy yoga, active birth education and hypnobirthing, and combine it in a powerful weekly class to build your confidence for birth. Build a network of friends along the way. Enjoy this class any time from 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards.

Daisy Active Birth Workshops are for mum and birth partner and will give you all of our labour and birth knowledge and techniques in one session.

Daisy Infant Feeding Workshops will help you understand your feeding choices, cut through the myths, understand the process of breastfeeding, techniques, challenges, and learn baby-led, paced bottle feeding too.

Daisy Parent Workshops are for mum and birth partner, and in a comprehensive 15 hours over several sessions you’ll prepare confidently for labour and birth, and understand what to expect postnatally, receive up to date newborn care information, covering safety, sleep, calming and soothing amongst others.

Daisy Tinies is a weekly nurturing class for mum and baby in that tricky newborn period. You’ll learn soothing baby massage, movement for development, calming techniques and relaxation.

Daisy Wrigglers is for babies of 4 months onwards and is our fun baby yoga class with sensory discovery, story, rhyme and song.
