Whatever your postnatal stage our class will cater for you. Whether you are 8 weeks into new motherhood or are struggling to get out of maternity wear 8 months on. We will help you take the steps to losing weight, getting strong and feeling more like the old you.
MammaFit classes focus on group exercise with a maximum of 15 Mums and baby’s (under the age of one) so that we can have a more personal approach to your needs. All classes are instructed by pre and postnatal exercise experts and on booking we will discus with you your personal requirements and goals.
We do however recommend that you do not take part in any physical exercise until you have had your 6 weeks postnatal check.
On booking we do a one on one assessment to find out your goals and any requirements you may have.
