Birth to 5K Programme

A programme that will send you weekly running plans to help you achieve that 5k goal after having a baby.

What do you receive in this programme?

This programme will provide weekly running plans helping you to achieve your goal of running 5k after having a baby. 

The programme will get you to your goal in 8 weeks as long as you follow the plan exactly. 

You will receive:

-An initial telephone consultation from a MammaFit running specialist

-Weekly emails providing  a 7 day running schedule to help you get to the 5k goal

-Access to a running specialist any time during the 8 week programme.

Anyone taking part in this programme must have had their postnatal 6 weeks GP check and been cleared by a doctor that it is safe for them to take up running.
